Each NEUDIFF piece is made to order just for you. Most orders are created and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Your estimated delivery date will include both the time needed to create your order and shipping time. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it along the way. 

Because each NEUDIFF piece is made to order, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size or color selections. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@neudiff.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.

To help your NEUDIFF pieces look their best, wash them inside out in cold water with similar colors and tumble dry on low when possible.
